  • 4 Cloves Garlic Peeled and Sliced
  • 2 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Cup Canola Oil
  • Ground Black Pepper According to taste
  • Salt According to taste
  • 2 Cups Lemon Juice
  • 4 Ounces Feta
  • 4 Tomatoes Cut
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce Rinsed, Dried and Torn into pieces


  • The first step is to crush the garlic. You can use mortar and pestle for it. Then add pepper and salt and continue crushing it until it forms a paste.
  • Put the garlic paste in a large bowl containing the lemon juice and the canola oil and then mix it.
  • Now put onions, romaine lettuce, tomatoes in the bowl. Add some cheese and mix it well.
