Salata
Salata is a light and refreshing salad.

- 4 Cloves Garlic Peeled and Sliced
- 2 Sliced Onion
- 1 Cup Canola Oil
- Ground Black Pepper According to taste
- Salt According to taste
- 2 Cups Lemon Juice
- 4 Ounces Feta
- 4 Tomatoes Cut
- 1 Romaine Lettuce Rinsed, Dried and Torn into pieces
The first step is to crush the garlic. You can use mortar and pestle for it. Then add pepper and salt and continue crushing it until it forms a paste.
Put the garlic paste in a large bowl containing the lemon juice and the canola oil and then mix it.
Now put onions, romaine lettuce, tomatoes in the bowl. Add some cheese and mix it well.
