Oshinko Roll is also known as Oshinko Maki. It is a dish prepared from daikon radish.

First you need to start by cooking sushi rice. Follow the above method.
Cut the cucumber into thin strips. The next step is to cut the avocado into half and make thin slices.
Lay the bamboo mat and cover it with plastic sheet to make the mat clean. Now we will place the Nori sheet on the bamboo mat.
Moisten your hand and spread the rice evenly over the sheet.
Arrange 3 thin Oshinko strips and 3 thin cucumber strips on top of the rice.
Add 2 slices of avocado on it.
Lift the sushi mat from your side and start rolling the mat away from you. When you reach the end gently press the rice and filling together.
Seal the edges with rice grains to properly pack it.
Cut the roll into equal pieces.
