Oshinko Roll

Oshinko Roll is also known as Oshinko Maki. It is a dish prepared from daikon radish.

Ingredients
  

  • Cucumber
  • Sushi Rice
  • Nori Sheets
  • 8 Slices Avocado
  • Oshinko Strips

Instructions
 

  • First you need to start by cooking sushi rice. Follow the above method.
  • Cut the cucumber into thin strips. The next step is to cut the avocado into half and make thin slices.
  • Lay the bamboo mat and cover it with plastic sheet to make the mat clean. Now we will place the Nori sheet on the bamboo mat.
  • Moisten your hand and spread the rice evenly over the sheet. 
  • Arrange 3 thin Oshinko strips and 3 thin cucumber strips on top of the rice.
  • Add 2 slices of avocado on it.
  • Lift the sushi mat from your side and start rolling the mat away from you. When you reach the end gently press the rice and filling together.
  • Seal the edges with rice grains to properly pack it.
  • Cut the roll into equal pieces.
