Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and spray the pan with a non-stick baking spray.
In a bowl, add butter, cream cheese, oil, and beat at high speed for 2 minutes with a mixer.
Slowly add sugar and beat for another 7 minutes or until the batter is very pale yellow and fluffy.
Next, add eggs one at a time and combine well after each addition.
Turn your mixer down to its lowest speed, and slowly add flour into the batter into two increments then add salt. Do not over beat.
Lastly, add vanilla extract and mix well until combined and turn off the mixer.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Cool the cake for 10 minutes before inverting it out on a serving plate.
Sprinkle some granulated sugar and cut the cake into cubes once it’s cooled down at room temperature.
