Ingredients Required:

  • 4 Cloves Garlic (Make sure they must be peeled and sliced)
  • 2 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Cup Canola Oil
  • Ground Black Pepper (According to taste)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • 2 Cups Lemon Juice
  • 115 Gram or 4 Ounces Feta
  • 4 Tomatoes cut ( It would be better if you use cherry tomatoes)
  • 1 Romaine lettuce (It must be rinsed and torn in pieces)

  • Feta is a a white cheese made in Greece from the mixture of sheep and goat milk. You can easily get it from nearby stores.
  • Some people don’t know about the Romaine Lettuce. Well, romaine lettuce is a leafy green salad vegetable containing many minerals and vitamins. It’s one of the most healthiest foods in the world.

Step 1: The first step is to crush the garlic. You can use mortar and pestle for it. Then add pepper and salt and continue crushing it until it forms a paste.

Step 2: Put the garlic paste in a large bowl containing the lemon juice and the canola oil and then mix it.

Step 3: Now put onions, romaine lettuce, tomatoes in the bowl. Add some cheese and mix it well.
